Knowsley Park consists of an area of approximately 2,500 acres which is enclosed by a sandstone wall 9.5 miles long. The southeast section of the park was made into Knowsley Safari Park in 1971.

The Estate is situated on the urban fringe of Liverpool forming a linear estate, 10 miles in length from Knowsley Park in the south up to the outskirts of Ormskirk and two miles wide.

The Estate has also been the location for a number of filming projects, with both Knowsley Hall and the grounds providing locations.

Throughout the winter shooting season, we offer pheasant and partridge shooting.
